Who we are
This website is operated by RKC Consultancy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06617083). Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What this site collects
This is a simple information site. It has no accounts, forms or logins. We collect personal data in two ways only:
- If you email us — we hold your name, email address and whatever you write, so that we can reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Analytics, if you accept cookies — we use Google Analytics 4 (via Firebase) to understand how many people visit and which parts of the site are read. It records pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. It does not log your IP address, and we do not use it to identify you. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Cookies
No cookies are set until you choose Accept on the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your
browser's local storage (key rkc-cookie-consent) so we don't ask again. If you accept, Google
Analytics sets the following cookies:

Declining, or changing your mind later via the cookie settings link, stops analytics loading. You can also clear these cookies through your browser at any time.
Who we share data with
Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) under its privacy policy. Google may transfer data outside the UK under UK-approved safeguards. The site is hosted on Google's Firebase Hosting, which processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our processing, and withdraw consent where that is the basis we rely on. Email us at the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
